Shipping policy

Many of my items are made to order and so may take anywhere between 3-5 business days to create and be dispatched. After I have dispatched the item(s), the time period and safe arrival of your package is out of my control. 

Shipping to the UK

Jewellery, accessories and most homeware items are eligible for FREE DELIVERY and will be sent 2nd class untracked, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days after dispatch. 

Due to weight and size, candles will incur a minimum £3.50 shipping charge and will be sent 2nd class untracked, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days after dispatch. 

International Shipping (including the EU) 

All international orders will be sent with a tracking number that you will receive when the item has been dispatched. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, but start at £10.00 GBP.

Delivery time will vary but can take between 7-21 business days.

Any customs taxes or fees levied to the buyer upon receipt of the product will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees vary greatly depending on the buying location and I am not able to estimate them.
